Department functions

The department of monitoring and internal control carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “On Education”, “National Program for Personnel Training”, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Cabinet Ministers, The Ministry of secondary special education carries out its activities in accordance with the orders and decisions of the Ministry of secondary special education. Implementation of the “National Program for Personnel Training” at the Institute, as well as educational, educational, methodological, spiritual and educational, research and professional development of faculties, departments and other divisions. and supervises the implementation of retraining, decisions of the Board and the Institute, orders issued by the Ministry and the Institute, and regulations in the field of education.

The main objectives of the monitoring and internal control department are:

– Ensuring the control over the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on higher education, decisions and orders of higher education institutions, decisions of the Ministry and the Collegium, orders, instructions, letters, modemograms and telegrams; and their monitoring;

– Monitoring of the quality of personnel, their demand and labor market development, the logistics of the institute;

– organization of quality control and retraining of faculty and staff;

– organization of monitoring of State educational standards at Namangan Engineering-Technology Institute;

– Creation and updating of the database on the status and development of education in the institute;

– preparation of analytical materials on the reform and improvement of education to the governing bodies of the Institute (Ministry, Rectorate, Institute Council);

-development and implementation of decisions and orders of the Institute;

– providing methodological assistance in addressing the deficiencies identified by the performance analysis of the institute;

– Development and implementation of methods for assessing the activities of professors and teachers for the purpose of annual internal certification;

– Analysis of faculties, chairs and other divisions of the Institute;

– study of the material and technical base of the Institute;

– to submit to the management of the Institute concrete proposals on elimination of certain shortcomings and problems.
